        I have been satisfied with the service so far, but today I was very disappointed. It was an oil change scheduled for 11 o'clock, but it took two hours and 40 minutes to complete. Also, I don't know if it was a mark left behind while putting the sticker on, but they touched it with oil-covered hands and the interior was stained. I tried to erase it, but it didn't come off and the oil mark remained. I only went there to change my oil, but if it takes this long, next time, I will not be coming to this dealer.

      Hi Eun we are sorry that you are disappointed in the turn around time for your Oil Change, Tire Rotation and your Full Circle Service inspection that includes Tire inspection, Front and back tire brake inspection and the Mazda battery inspection. We aim for 1 and 1/2 hours to complete these service so waiting for two hours and 40 minutes is longer is much longer than normal turnaround time. I can see from the pictures that you posted on Google that the oil marks on the windshield frame. We apologize about the oil stains, the service advisor who you worked with will be calling you to schedule a time for you to come back to the service department so that we can evaluate the stains and work on removing them.
