        This morning I received a text message that at 11 am I have an appointment for a tyre change. At 1 PM the car was still sitting outside, they didnt even touch it. At 2.20 PM the car was handed over. Why was I told to come at 11 AM with an appointment when they didnt do anything to my car until 1.30 PM?
