I want to share that the Classy Series Pre-K and Infant/toddler was such an informative and inspiring training. Instructors: Ana Gonzalez and Cristy Altamirano were so awesome, they provided detailed examples and videos on how to incorporate the CLASS and how to enhance my teaching skills in the classroom.

Very professional agents, specially Maria Hernandez she is very understanding willing to help me any way, with any issues shes the one to look for, for her professionalism and very unique charisma I couldnt be more grateful

Absolutely terrible customer service. My mom called in to get some help with a form she submitted and was treated horribly. The customer service representative was extremely condescending and made various aggressive comments such as "I don't even know why you submitted those files?" when my mom accidentally included a file that was not required (a simple mistake). She also made an indirect jab at my mom when my mom mentioned that the form was a bit confusing for her. The representative said " A lot of people don't read the form thoroughly". This type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I have tried to get in contact with a supervisor but am still waiting for a call back. Definitely would NOT recommend .

Brittany Sumpter and Sagathe tel, are the best they go above and beyond to make sure that you understand and provide all resources to assist me along the way, I recommend them to anyone that come into the office , I thank them so much.
