image The worst company Ive experience they offered my husband a job during pandemic he left his job of almost 10 yrs for a better opportunity we moved to florida to except the job it all went downhill after that they gave my husbands position to someone else without telling him before we got there they let us come all the way there knowing they gave his job away also gave our apt away didnt even do the background check etc before we arrived it was a mess he did start with the company the regional mgr Sandy had him going from one property to another not the property he was actually hired for the regional mgr Sandy avoided him for about a month in a half after getting there we kept texting and calling her she barely responded nothing we talked about before moving done was being done management was rude no communication my husband came home everyday stressed b/c he didn't feel secure b/c lack of communication and all he was hearing from co workers he was asked several times to take a different position with way less pay eventually regional mgr called a meeting with him a fired him on the spot we were still trying to get settled and living on property we lost everything after that so much more to the story reached out to the regionals Sandy manager and nothing i was told they cover for each other its so much more to the story it really took alot on top of the bugs in the first place they gave us to stay

image I feel that the management is extremely rude, unresponsive, and I feel like recently the management started targeting Russian Speaking community. Numerous emails were sent to the management by more than two dozen people in regards to feeling unsafe and children being targeted that are left without response. Police was called to one of the premises run by that company by one of the residents I spoke to due to another resident allegedly shouting d..th threats to toddlers being outside with a nanny during the day for crying. When I asked the manager when I will get a response to my email, the female manager in red dress and brown hair responded to me in a way that made me feel threatened, unfortunately. This was the second encounter with that manager. First one was her approaching me from behind and without greeting, starting to interrogate me about someone elses child without even asking if I saw anything or was present. On the same day when the question was asked to the management in regards to the Russian speaking community being targeted, other people started reporting in Watsup chat that now suddenly they are being approached. I feel that the management will rather make my family homeless for speaking out here than stop targeting children in a NOT 55+ community. I prepay my rent and never had a citation from the management. Lets see how soon now the resin will be found to evict me and keep my deposits. The noise complains for children being children during the day and being OUTSIDE without breaking noise ordinance feel burdensome to me as I see those children and do not feel they are loud or obnoxious in any way as management alleges. Now they forbid the children to be in common areas and play cricket and pool that has no age restrictions - I feel more and more disappointed in the new management. Additionally - I posted the same review on the property website and it is still not public.
