Coppola Concierge has been SO helpful in multiple situations for me. Jack the owner is on top of everything, always a step ahead and he has many connections for whatever request you may have. He has helped me get tickets to sold out shows, last minute reservations at high end restaurants, scheduling cars with chauffeurs and so much more! Would recommend 10/10!! :)

To say that I'm extremely disappointed would be an understatement. I had high hopes for Jack & his team when they wrapped my Wraith, however his blatant disregard for the issues stemming from his work is both alarming and upsetting. The car has been covered, garaged and driven approximately 300 miles since being wrapped... yet it's falling apart, peeling and bubbling in countless areas.
When I attempted to resolve the issue with Jack directly, he was reluctant to respond until my third follow-up, at which point he informed me that he's too busy and doesn't have the wrap in stock anyway. And I quote, "a roll would be $1,000 plus the patch which is so not worth it."
Please save your money, do your due diligence and work with a reputable company.

I hired Jack 4 years ago to help over look our new house being built and to take over as property manager upon completion. Hiring Jack has been a weight lifted off my shoulders that I never knew was there when going through the steps of building a new home. I never had to deal with the back and forth between GC and myself on changes or if I would like this instead of that. When I met with Jack and showed him the plans we wanted for our new home completely understood what it really was that we wanted. Jack was always punctual to everything, he handled all the meetings with GC, the interior designers and would relay all the details over to me. After the completion of our house Jack took over as property manager and we have been absolutely blessed to have him over look our home. His thought process 10 steps ahead of everything always keeps us with a smile when things are completed before even being asked. After a year of managing our property we had Jack take over the roll as our farm manager as well, making sure horse feed is always suppled, shavings always ordered, also handling all of our guest and horse doctors travel arrangements. I would highly suggest Coppola Concierge to anyone to accommodate all of your needs you are looking for in a property manager.
