Unfortunately, this location is no longer a mailing place; it's now a passport office. If you have mail, you'll need to be patient or go to a different location. I don't understand the logic behind having all the lines dedicated to passport services.

They have music playing in the back and the girls working back there did not want to help me or another person to pick up their package. i heard them talking and gossiping on the other side and ignored me when I was talking to them through the post box. I know they heard me knocking on the service door ( because they refuse to fix the service bell). They did not care. After knocking for almost an hour someone finally answered. There is zero customer service at this location absolutely terrible for Saturdays

Went to do a passport and send out some mail. Staff was very friendly easy to work with. Quick and no hassle. Will be using this post office from now on. Thank you to staff

Accidentally sent a Xmas package to the wrong address. Thank God they took it back to the post office so I tried to call them today and let them know to please let my buddy pick it up. Called 5 times with no response. Only a redirect to an absent operator. Went to USPS support and they said it'll be there for 2 weeks and to not worry about it.
They resent the package to the wrong house today so thanks for answering your phone and allowing me to clear this up. I understand the negative reviews
