My son has excelled in endurance, strength, speed and agility. ExpFit has shown my son how to be better & train harder than the day before with the most positive energy & motivation. I highly recommended ExpFit!!

        I have been working out w/Forrest At Experience Fitness for about 2 years now and I have seen such a dramatic improvement in all aspects of my fitness journey and life in general! I am STRONG! I am FIT! I am HEALTHY! EXP FIT is clean, and all the trainers are knowledgeable and caring! I have had 2 knee replacements and shoulder surgery and Forrest knows exactly what type of exercises I need so I dont hurt myself! If you are looking for a PERSONALIZED program, do yourself a favor and call Forrest! You wont be disappointed!!!
