Upon deciding to list our business for sale, we interviewed numerous business brokers but it was clear Tom Milana was the best in the business. We were immediately impressed with Tom’s ability to listen and learn about our business and our goals. He clearly articulated his process, terms, and plan to get our business sold in a timeframe and price that met our needs. Throughout the entire process, Tom was ALWAYS available and responsive to every question and hurdle. The end result was we successfully closed on the sale of our business in less than a month from listing. We had unique challenges in getting this done so quickly including working through an outstanding PPP loan and coordination with an international buyer. I personally would immediately go straight back to Tom Milana when I buy or sell another business in the future. And I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to do the same.
