I was an employee at this company and have had 2 heart attacks due to SCAD (Spontaneous Coronary Artery Disection) and was on disability during Covid-19 because of it and they fired me on my 31 Birthday. August 28 2020.

While this company does provide steady work and good benefits, they do have some issues operationally. Working here for five years, I came to learn that upper management is more about managing systems than it is people. Opportunities for growth are limited, and often policies are more grey than black or white. If you are looking for a steady paycheck and decent benefits, then this may be for you. Just remember that growth potential and movement in the company is very, very limited.

Due to the reviews below that actually gave this company 3 or 2 stars I would like to give it 0 stars - Let me say I want to give a full breakdown of how this company is viewed I worked in the Authorization Dept under Tina // my supervisor was fired wrongfully and once she was removed things got weirder , now I relocated from Ft Myers Fl to Ft Lauderdale to try and start fresh new place and thrive within my new environment this place is so unprofessional to the max! this company is so undivided , soon as I started with the company other employees pulled me privately away from the management team and mentioned how wrongfully they had been treated in the past due to the color of their skin and how the management team focus' primarily on certain descents of ethnicity in order for you to expect to move up within the company , I have a friend that mentioned she was wrongfully fired from here and I felt that my story could save you from applying to this job ! I was so let down due to the unprofessionalism I quit with no notice which is never like me in LIFE and I moved back to my city I was so traumatized! I moved back to my city and I have a wonderful career so I wouldnt change a thing but this is not the place you want to indulge in as far as a career because in my opinion this place is not fit to handle any ones sensitive info as per HIPAA compliances. Within this company everyone is so busy trying to be noticed and seen the real realms that matter within the business the most are constantly overlooked and when I brought many concerns to the managements team concerns after a fight was almost about to break out YES I WAS being harrassed by another AUTH Team coworker that worked there she quit but she was not fired and there were direct threats involved by the way I remained professional but trust me save yourself NO MATTER HOW BAD YOU NEED A JOB PLS I AM BEGGING YOU DO NOT APPLY HERE !!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE THEY SHOULD NOT STILL BE OPERATING LEGALLY!!!! ZEE!
