    I have bought many air suspension from this company. Till now I have not had trouble. But I bought two bags for a Mercedes. 1 bag seems like they din't put the retaining ring correct and it popped out. So I used the other bag. I did let the defective bag sit and recently I decided to do the warranty claim. They do not have me in their system and I do not have the receipt. The problem here is you spend more, because the item has some kind of great long lasting warranty. But unless you can save the original purchase info, it is useless and might as well buy the cheaper ones with less warranty. The item does have a sticker with all the information you need to warranty it and it is readable since the part was not used. So not having purchase info, seems to me like a nice cop out. Additionaly: We recently found the receipt and sent it to this company. They have opted to do a ransom offer. If I remove this feedback they will move forward with honoring the warranty.

    Ordered two front air shocks and one so airing up within a year. They do not rebuild good shocks. I would not recommend this place for struts. Yes I did have a year warranty but why would the product go out within a year. Getting in touch with the warranty department was a hassle as well.

We asked you to provide an order number, a date, anything that may help us to find your order but if you do not want to provide anything but an RMT sticker there is not much we can do. Per our Terms & Conditions the warranty is non-transferrable and if you purchased a vehicle that had one of our parts on it then that does not mean there will be a warranty on it. If you can find any information at all regarding this purchase then please reach out so we can process your warranty claim. We do have other orders for you in our system and we appreciate you being a loyal customer. If you did purchase this particular part from us then you will have records - numerous emails from us with copies of receipts, tracking information, core information, etc. Or check with your bank for any payments made to us. Any of these can be used to find your order, please assist us on your end so we can assist you on our end, thanks!

Hi Lorenzo, we had a warranty claim opened for you in January based on your email. We sent numerous emails pertaining to your claim but you never replied so we closed out your claim. When you opened another claim on March 14th we advised that your one year warranty time had passed. If you had replied at anytime between January till now we could have helped you but for whatever reason you chose not to reply to any of our emails.
