Moving in to Bell Sunrise has been so nice! I worked with Mar on getting my apartment and he was so sweet and helpful!! He answers all questions and makes you feel at home!

I recently signed at bell Sunrise and I can't say enough good things about the place! Mar was extremely helpful and accommodating. I had a quick, easy process with the leasing office.

Update 3/31/24: - NOISE from continuously barking dogs continues to be an issue. - the smell from the garbage shoots flows into the apartment hallways & cigarette and weed smoke from other units comes into my apartment regularly. - The property continues to decline in overall quality of life for residents and management is absent - Debra Pate is the property manager and she never responds or sees that issues are corrected. NOISE!!! all. the. time. There is constant barking day and night from dogs. There are renters who party on their balconies and play loud music until 3am or later in the morning multiple times a week. Dog Problems: Neighbors leave their dogs alone cooped up all day to bark and some keep their dogs caged on balconies where they are forced to be in the hot weather and lay in their own bathroom all day and night while they bark. Paper Thin Walls: The walls and floors are paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING from other apartments or from the hallways. There are also often kids and adults yelling and screaming in the pool area and this can be heard inside even distance away apartments. Management doesnt Care: Management is deaf and blind to the animal neglect that is taking place on site and states that it is a 'dog friendly' community. Not Peaceful: If you are looking for a peaceful home - THIS IS NOT IT!!! I have been living here about 3 months now and hate it here. Hate. It. This place is NOT Renter Friendly!! Parking Problems: Parking in the garage is a nightmare too and there are barely enough spaces for all the cars. The garage door gate is often broken. There is also trash throughout the parking garage that tenants discard. Bugs: The garbage room is infested with bugs so if you must throw cardboard away you will be attacked by tons of bugs. It is disgusting. Overpriced: It is not worth the price you must pay for these apartments!

Friendly staff and they are trying to improve. Here are some facts that i have experienced. This apartment complex does not provide ceiling lights in all rooms. You can buy them and install them yourself. Ceiling lights are not provided in all rooms. The parking garage is filled with glass, nails, and it feels like it is falling apart. This resulted in a flat tire for me. It shakes when a car drives down. You have to pay $20 a month for fetch package services, otherwise you will be a victim to a mess of packages left in random spots throughout the complex. Fetch itself is highly recommended to prevent lost / stolen items. The butterfly app to let friends into the complex do not all work. Only certain doors. The door on building 2 for example doesnt work. It also smells like harsh dog pee since day 1 of being here. Grounds of the complex are somehow also filled with glass everywhere. I pick up glass and throw it away daily so my dog doesn't step on it. The dog park is just mud. The dog wash station is a joke. They provide dog poop bags but i wish residents would use them. Dont worry when there too much dog poop laying around someone puts tiny red flags in the poop so you can see it. Lol Great dog/pet policy. Free coffee until 3pm daily. Bring your own cup. Nice weight room, locker room and gym area. Nice pool and outdoor area. Location by Holiday park is great. Competitive prices. Goood luck! I hope this is helpful.
