THEY DELETE REVIEWS. STOP ! DO NOT WORK HERE! Do you want to feel like an object and not a human? Then apply today. I quit after months of berating and mistreatment, Do not be fooled by the perks of traveling & free apartments to stay in while working out of state. The contracts they receive are for run down un-livable and un-safe locations that no sane person would ever step foot in. 1 was told that management (Sasha & Santiago) does not hold hands .. due to me stating how I felt dismissed/disregarded. The only time you'll hear from them (mainly Santiago) is when he's found a way to fluster or upset himself by not knowing how to open a google spread sheet then accusing you of not doing it, or when he inaccurately performs an audit & assumes you're not working. Both incidents happened multiple times and when I corrected him or pulled a proper audit showing my work there was no response not even an apology. The pay scale is disgusting I was working 6 days a week 48hrs with a 2 monthly payout of $1,250 which = $13.20 hrly, you'll starve to death waiting for the scam of commissions to be paid.

Deceiving company!! Everything started off great at first just like any relationship. Then the true colors emerged. They make empty promises and deceive you with incentives that they don't keep their word on. It is very unfortunate because the work and the stress that their agents endure is not worth the salary and the wait for commissions. I'm not one for reviews but it is important to me as I look to Google, indeed, Glassdoor etc. for reviews myself and hate to see companies self review. The positive is traveling and the opportunity to lease apartment in markets you would never move to, but there's a reason you'll never move there. Maybe one day this company will fix these things, I just hate I had to be the test dummy.
