Management: GREAT. Amata, Adia, and Jaylen are all very knowledgeable, friendly, direct, and understanding. Maintenance: They helped me move in. Always say hi to me. They are my favorite part about this place! Safety: The Mayer and Chief officer were here two weeks ago addressing our concerns. Police are always doing security here every day of the week. I feel safe during the day. Night time it is very quiet, but be wary because its still neighboring unsafe areas. However management really has stepped up on surveillance and police officers DO live here. Utilities: Water bill is never high ($10-20), electricity is around $40-90 (higher the times I have guests), Amenities: The cabinets are deep (huge plus), bathtub and bathroom is large. Plus my washing and drying machine is BRAND NEW and connected to Wi-Fi :)))) Parking: Clean, park anywhere, and always spaces People: QUIET. :) Pets: On leash always, however there is a cute dog park with water station. Grass area/landscape: Pretty clean, they are always working on it Workout room: Nice machines! Way better than most gym equipment. Even the bathrooms are clean and have nice showers! Rec Center: Never large crowds, its not attached to any buildings so noise is never an issue Pool: Beautiful and clean. Grills, gazebos, and always space to sit Uber: CHEAP, $7-15 to Las Olas Close by: A few feet from Marshalls and Walmart. Downtown Fort Lauderdale is 8-10min drive. Las Olas Blvd is 12min, and the beach is 20min Overall: Great experience, the surrounding area used to negatively affect the living environment here. Some times it still does concern me. However the management and leasing office have significantly made improvements to ensure safety and always address our issues ASAP.
