    I dont even know where to start. I have never experienced anything like this. Always issues with the AC units, we had to switch to another apartment, where we also had AC issues. Our cars have been towed many times for not reason , and the office is always saying it wasnt them. Lately they have been entering the apartment without leaving any kind of notice. The gym is trash , I even found some random person sleeping there. The pools are always close. Please do better, we are just people who have to work even two jobs, we dont want to come home to deal with these kind of problems.

    This place is trash. The maintenance is trash. The property manager is trash and the property management company is also trash. They do nothing here but want more rent and for nothing. This place is a scam. Not only does this scumbag sleazy property management tow cars off the property for really no reason the actual tow truck guy lives on the property and keeps his tow truck on the premises at all times as its always parked in front of the building that I live in And answer to your question yes, they do think they are the police, and they do think they have the right to dictate the way that you speak to them, even though they speak to you in a degrading way at all times this property should be condemned, and this property management should be fully investigated to the full extent of the law They are scrum here. Giselle Rodriguez is a complete waste of a person. I wish I could give that woman zero or more like -10. Maintenance is only provided. To people that gazelle approves of because she is biased if you are not on Giselles approval list your work orders will be denied and closed what just happened to me and my husband on multiple occasions, and one time she refused to fix the air conditioning and left us with nothing for over three months
