        I have lived here for a number of years since my company first rented a unit when we first relocated for a project. I can't say enough good things about this building, the staff, the amenities, and the neighbors we have since met while living here over the years.

        Management team is above and beyond in service over any building in Flagler Village. It was a delight to live there, something was always being improved and the staff went out of their way to be friendly.

        I just renewed my contract for another year by far the BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN FORT LAUDERDALE. Mark the owner is so nice always looking how the tenants are doing he gives an EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Such an amazing people work here Brandon, Elizabeth and the all the group of maintenance they are 10/10. I really want to thank you all for everything you have done.

        The best place live on Flagler Village! Great costumer service : Mark, Brandon and Elizabeth are the best! Also, everyone in maintenance is very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment building! best in town!!!
