Lived on the pool deck, Had my apartment broken into and successfully robbed twice(police involved both times). Asked to be switched to another apartment, was told there were no other comparables but they would allow me to leave without being charged any of the fees or last months rent. I payed for a professional cleaning company before leaving to try to do the right thing. Now they are sending me to collections and saying I cant speak to a team member and that I may be charged extra late fees. This is absolutely insane, affecting my personal credit.

Inability of Novo management to deal w/tenant concerns- specifically enforcing no smoking policy. As a consequence your unit will be submerged in poisonous 2nd hand smoke day/night till u become addicted or sick. Not happy with paying full rent plus abnormally high water bills for over a year ( last one was $535.00) due to Novos defective water transmitter such that no quid pro quo assessment of this tenants water use occurred for over a year - amounts charged that I had to pay or be in default of my lease and evicted were, in fact, not verifiable by any valid reliable means. Did Novo know this but keep it a secret from me since they had me tethered to a lease and could easily extract whatever $$$ they wanted with me none the wiser ? My feeling is yes somebody at NOVO knew what was up. Am I an isolated case - just happenstance only unit in huge apt complex being over charged for water with dysfunctional equipment -? Dont know. I think its fair to say Novo has a duty to inform its tenants of my circumstance and offer to check each and every units water meter equipment . On the plus side The Best Front Desk Reception staff - l am so grateful for all that you do !

Love Novo! Cant beat the location and amenities. The building is always clean, front desk and office is helpful, and the maintenance guys are quick to fix things in my apartment.

I wish I could rate this place higher. Ive moved around over the past few years, and Novo Las Olas is by far the best community I have ever resided in. From top tier amenities, stunning views from any part of the building, exceptional customer service, as well as a prime location above Greenwise in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale. On the rare occasion that I had a maintenance request, I could always count on their speedy maintenance team. Alani, your service has been beyond exceptional. I appreciate your kindness and support throughout the term of my lease. Again, I cannot recommend this place enough!
