Our experience with Adam at the leasing office has been exceptional! He went above and beyond, giving us not just one, but two wonderful tours, and he made the entire application process effortless. His dedication to providing excellent customer service and his meticulous attention to detail truly stood out. Were eagerly counting down the days until we move in a couple of months. The propertys prime location and impressive amenities only add to our excitement about our upcoming move.

Just moved in, sight unseen, from the northeast. The building is beautiful and the leasing agent, Adam has been an excellent help. Great location and the residents are very friendly.

We have only been living at the Laureat for a month but it has been incredible. The building is so clean and well maintained, plus all the people who work there are so friendly. Adam in the leasing office is by far the most friendly and positive person I think we have ever met. It just goes to show you how important people are to your experience during your decisions about where to live. Adam far exceeded our expectations and that has carried over to our first month living in our new apartment. We would highly recommend touring this fabulous place and comparing it to any other building near Las Olas.

Manager Erica does a great job keeping residents posted & by emails keeping residents posted & informed of the community & keeping our community clean, safe and following rules living here. Staff are always friendly & available to us & listens to our concerns & issues and do their best to resolve problems. Very low maintenance issues or problems while living here & are very quick to resolve any issues or problems. Great amenities here which are well kept & maintained. Best apartment we ever lived in.

I have lived in many apartment complexes and nothing compares to the experience of living at the Laureat! It is clean, quiet, safe and an extremely welcoming and fun community here! The views from my windows and balcony are amazing and the apartments themselves could not be nicer and more up to date. When I was touring apartments in the area, I needed a very specific offering that was available immediately and the biggest differentiator that we noticed right away with the Laureat was how attentive and genuine Adam at the front desk was as a tour guide and a worker! He made the touring and move in process seamless and even PLEASANT for us, which is never something I thought I would say about finding an apartment and signing a new lease. Since moving in, Adam has been the biggest help and surpassed any and all expectations of how helpful my front desk man could be! I have texted him (mind you, many times on weekends or after hours) with silly questions or requests and he happily provides help immediately every time! Even going above and beyond his job requirements and doing so willingly and joyfully! Living at the laureat is such a luxury, and it is all thanks to Adam that I ultimately made the decision to live here! If you are touring or considering here, I highly recommend getting in contact with him!!!
