Attention: Their lease include two items that you may not like: 1. All your personal information including pictures, ... can be used by the entire company and subsidiaries for marketing and adds. That goes again personal information protection in many states including Florida. For example they can take your pictures while you are unaware at pool without asking you any question! 2. The utilities modality and cost can change at any time (they rise the the bill by 100% last month). More generally It is becoming worse! Some of the reason you shouldn't move here: 1. A permanent noise in hallways specially north and west of the building. 2. You will know about every single step of your neighbors and in which direction they are walking. You will know when they drop a pen on the flour (imagine other things during night time: not great for children to listen to those human voices and bed noises) 3. Everything linked to technology does not work or work only when repaired but does not work again next day: fobs: you cannot access most of the places you need to go: office area, business center, ... That means they don't have a team for tech maintenance. 4. Homeless people are enjoying at the pool (and other area of the building) during nights. 5. They make you pay more not just for the rent but whatever they can get ( last creative way they made us pay more was to triple utility cost). This utilities triple cost was a wink to current and future investors as the owners try to sell the place slowly. Very smart as the future tenants only see the rent but you will pay almost 7% of the rent for utilities. We pay more and the reason is to motivate people to invest. But still we have cockroaches in the first and second flours. 6. They never heat the pool. Too expensive! Even after utilities were multiplied by 3. 7. Local office managers cannot do anything else than calling the Police if you complain! I was going almost every single day to fix the fob issue and they said it was harassment (means your fob does not work and shut up else I call the Police). 8. The only residents who seem to accept every issues in the building are those who keep an apartment here, work out of state or overseas and some of them do AirBnB (and the smoke problem and the excessive noise from partly come from this). A part of the building is an (AirBnB) hotel where smoking and having late party are allowed! Conclusion: For future residenst: It will cost you much more to live here than to live in a more expensive community. I just bought a noise cancelling device for $300 and still can't sleep all night! You will have many times a week to go and deal with a management that does not know anything else than calling 911 if you complain or if you come too often for the same problem (that they cannot fix) For investors: Spend your money to ave good time instead or play in Casino! PS: The package room is Rock&roll! It takes you your lunch break time to find (if you are lucky) your package!

Carlos and Jenn from the maintenance team were great. Extra cautious and courteous when in the apartment. That feeling that they have each tenants back when needed! Thanks guys, much appreciated

Utilities are out of control. This happens after a price increase for residents, at the same time new residents get a free month. These utilities are significantly more than homes.

I have had the pleasure of living in many different locations, apartments and in different cities but Nothing and I mean Nothing comes close to the Cohesion and Unison I feel here at 10X Fort Lauderdale. Things arent perfect, nothing ever really is but how you respond to problems that are always going to be a thing in Life speaks Volumes and the Staff, leadership, and environment here is Bar None Top Shelf. Stephanie has done such an incredible job Im honestly in awe at what she accomplishes within 24hours. If youre looking for Family oriented, Safe, Reliable and a group of individuals who hold themselves accountable with an amazingly close warm atmosphere. Then your hearing it from the horses mouth Stephanie and her team here at 10X Fort Lauderdale literally embodies the word Amazing!
