        I leased an apartment at The Rise recently and the staff was GREAT. Kithia Arrocha went on and beyond to get me the apartment. The staff was so great I immediately recommended a buddy of mine and he was also approved right away. Highly recommend

        The girls at the leasing office are very rude. Explained to me they would only look at tax statements which I thought was strange. A few months later my buddy gets an apt here. What do you know, they were willing to look at only bank statements for him. Only reason I could imagine is because my girl friend is not American and did not speak good English. Maybe thats why they were so quick to get rid of us. That being said it was great for us anyway being we found a building very close for ALOT less. Much better deals to be had in area.
