The Exchange Lofts

We toured the Exchange Lofts with Melissa a couple of weeks ago & she made the whole experience absolutely wonderful! She was so knowledgeable & answered all of our questions with no hesitations. You can truly see how much she cares & the way in which she goes out of her way to build relationships with all of the residents!! We really loved so much about the Exchange Lofts & the small community feel. Highly highly recommend checking this place out!! 5 stars for Melissa!!

I've never been more excited and felt more at ease with my move in than when I worked with Melissa at Exchange Lofts. If it weren't for her continuous (but not annoying) out reach and follow through I would not have been able to call this place my home. I feel very comfortable knowing she is handling my needs and attending to my requests.

Melissa was a great help every step of the way of the leasing process. She was very pleasant to deal with and answered all of my questions. I was unsure of which apartment I wanted exactly and she was patient and showed me many different options to fit my needs and my budget. I would have to say she is the best leasing agent Ive had the pleasure of working with. Also, the apartments here are beautiful and much different from the cookie cutter luxury buildings you see everywhere now. (In a good way) You wont find anything else like them.
