Boston Market

Sometimes youll see a few cars in the drive-through but this place is usually not busy. Theres a reason for that. Aside from being a little dirty (tables not cleared but clean) inside the employees are very rude. This was not my personal experience but I did listen to employees trash talk and rudely respond to the drive thru headset. Watching them handle the food I decided to cancel my order and left. Will not return and highly recommend others to avoid. Corporate should just shut it down or hire people who care about food handling. Maybe a manager?

This place is getting worse by the day. The genuine taste is gone with customer service. Well I'm guessing cooking at home is the only way now Days.

If I could give 0 star I would ! Clearly prejudice staff ! Waited outside in rain for them to open door at 11:00 , staff laughing inside watching me wait . Finally opened side door first (spite) and then main door where I was unlocked and walked away with an attitude. Another manager or staff would have opened door and held . I said when I walked in guess you don't like white people ! It was clear they did not ! I have never said this in my life ! He said what ? I kept walking towards front to place my order and he told me he would not serve me ! Then it occurred to me  he did NOT want to serve me ever ! I was raised in a very mixed racial area in NY and have not one ounce of prejudice in me !! I told him I was reporting him he said good my name is Terry ! I'm contacting management! Now i know why there is never anyone at this store ! Maybe a good idea "undercover boss "
