I received quotes from nine (9) local businesses. However, it was during Jason's initial visit when walking through the installation process when he discovered that if using certain frames I would not be able to remove the screens lose the ability to wash the windows from the outside. He was very patient as he showed why to ensure I was fully aware of this issue - he then presented options for a solution using another type of frame. At first, it was disbelief on my part - he was the only person to bring this issue to my attention. I reached back to the other businesses with this information; they either "recommended" I still go forward with their frames, essentially disregarding this information and locking the screens in place, while several never returned my call. Jason's prices are very competitive, his honesty and integrity are clearly unmatched. The new shutters were installed only days ago and his attention to detail is remarkable, some of the best work I have seen, period. I wish all home remodeling projects were this easy.

We wanted plantation shutters for our new home. We had one of those national companies come in to show us what they have. The price was way higher than we wanted to pay. When Jason came to our home he was friendly, engaging and very professional. His demeanor gave us a lot of confidence in his ability and quality of his work. Well he installed the plantation shutters yesterday and my wife and I are shocked! We could not believe how beautiful they looked and how they transformed each room that had them! Jason and his assistant,Mark, took only 3-4 hours to install the shutters! Their craftsmanship was flawless and left our home clean and looking much much better than we hoped! Its so nice to be able to close the bottom of the shutters for privacy and leave the top open for the sunlight. I dont think I can adequately describe how beautiful these shutters are AND they were much less expensive than the national company!! Great job Jason! Thank you!!

Great job from Rowland Shutters. They started and finished when they said they would. Great install and cleaned up afterwards. Looks great.

Love the new shutters! The install was preformed at a professional level and everything looks great. Jason was very responsive and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use J Rowland LLC Plantation Shutters for our next project.
