        I frequently shop at this Lowes for my home and yard needs. I have been very pleased with the customer service. Today April 2 in the afternoon I received excellent and personal service from James. Upon entering the store I had my list in hand and was looking up at the signs. James approached and asked if I needed help. He then walked me to the plumbing section and helped me pick out what I needed and gave great advice. Then he walked me to another section to get other supplies I needed. He was so friendly and helpful and truly went above and beyond. Thank you James and thank you Lowes of Yulee/Fernandina Beach.

        Like most big box retailers, youll fine 80-90% of what you need for a project. Prices are high for small quantities. Hardwood is premium priced with limited selection.

        I was there on 17th May at the customer service desk waiting for manager assistance. I watched an older lady come in and try to exchange her empty propane tank for a full one. The XXXL black lady working behind the customer service counter, who conveniently wears her name tag backwards so no one can read her name, was extremely rude and disrespectful to the lady in telling her where to take the empty propane tank. The customer service representative then made a snarky comment at her back as she was walking away about how the empty tank was a "fire hazard". Completely unnecessary, and someone should probably remind XXXL that an empty propane tank is no more of a fire hazard then the tons of lumber and thousands of gallons of flammable chemicals they keep in that store every day.
