SpringHill Suites by Marriott Fort Myers Estero

Can't say enough about how great the staff and facility was. Fast elevators, clean modern rooms, bar open at 6PM and breakfast (a real one) included. Will stay again. UBER to Hertz arena is only 2 miles away and saves you the $30 parking fee and hassle. Thanks!

We have now been locked out of our room for almost an hour and still counting. We have a baby that needs formula that is in the room along with bottles. Tried to say they could put us in a different room for the night and they'd get us in the next morning. Very unprofessional for them not to train all staff how to get into a room with the lock being dead. I learned that as housekeeping and could do it in my sleep. I now have my child asleep on me as I sit in the car and hope that he doesn't wake up needing his milk. This hotel is a joke for a Marriott brand. On top of this breakfast is not good the coffee isn't great. The pull out bed in the room has dead bugs on it. The shower didn't even seemed to be cleaned. We did not receive any house keeping services. The couch in the room is disgusting. We were hoping for a relaxing stay here and got anything but that. Oh if your traveling with a baby and they offer a crib it's a pack n play and it has never been cleaned and reeks. So glad we brought our own so my son could sleep in a clean one.

I waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. When another guest came and went around the desk to yell for someone to come out, they finally arrived. I was told my room wasnt ready, but have a seat. I waited an hour! The owner finally came and apologized to me and checked me in. Something about third party bookings and staff being new .. We also asked for our room to be cleaned. But when we arrived later that night, it had not been cleaned. Same issue when checking out.no one was at the desk.
