When we checked in the employees were very helpful and nice. The room was nice and clean and was very cozy. The breakfast was also delicious and a great way to start the day.

My family and I checked in to another hotel in the area and it was filthy. We found the Marriott Townplace and what a difference! You could smell how clean it was right as we walked in. We spoke to Travis at the front desk who came to our rescue. He found us a room to accommodate our family and helped save the day. We visit this area quite a bit and will definitely be staying at this hotel again. The cleaning staff was great and the front desk staff were awesome as well. The breakfast provided in the morning was very convenient and being so close to the mall was a bonus. Travis helped make a rough start to our trip turn out to be amazing. Rooms: Very clean and cleaning staff cleaned and freshened up the room daily. Nearby activities: Very close to Coconut Point mall.
