I absolutely recommend Jayson and the entire Burtch team to anyone looking for a home in this area of Florida! Im from Ohio and didnt know anything about the area other than I wanted a home here. After talking to Jayson he understood what I was looking for and was very helpful in giving me several options to look at. He was very helpful in letting me know what to look for and what to avoid, which was great considering I knew nothing about the area. During the process of actually looking at homes Jayson and his team were amazing with all the information I needed about each home, including any potential issues I might not be aware of, again very helpful. Once I found the perfect home with their help they made the entire process incredibly easy. They were very helpful getting all the information I needed to get everything changed over to my name, which can be overwhelming but they made the whole process very easy. I would absolutely recommend the Burtch team to anyone looking for a home!
