        The house is large and beautiful, and the pictures do not do it justice. We were with another family so there were 8 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The view of Lemon Bay is incredible. The dolphin and manatee in the bay (backyard) were so close we could almost touch them. There was plenty of boat traffic along with folks kayaking and paddleboarding. We also loved the Manatosa Key area as first-time visitors; the local restaurants were great. We had the best week and would rent this home and stay in this area again.

        My wife and I have booked condos at Sunburst Condos on Manasota Key for the past 10 years with the last several through Manasota Key Realty/Conchout Vacations. They have done a fine job by us and we are pleased to book through them. This year we were fortunate enough to get back into the first condo that we stayed in at Sunburst. It is condo #215 and it has been all completely redone and is absolutely gorgeous!!! Through our mail forwarding arrangements, we were able to meet the condo owner - a lovely lady eager to provide anything that we felt was lacking - funny because absolutely nothing is lacking in condo #215!!! Appliances are modern, furniture is comfortable, and the walk-in tiled shower is a special amenity. We have booked it again for next year!!!
