I have had the great pleasure of working with Genevieve Poulain and her team for past 18 months. If I would give them 10 stars I would.
I have owned a house in Port Charlotte since 2003. I use it very little and rent it out mostly. For the first almost 15 years I had a revolving door of rental agents and property managers. Because of this I found myself having to find my own plumbers, pool service and any other kind of service you might need.
Since signing up with Homesearch Realty & Investments, they have helped me to make sure that the place is in the best shape ever and the quality and responsiveness of their subcontractors is outstanding.
In addition, the Homesearch Realty & Investments people have more than doubled the amount of rentals and through their good work, showed me I was charging under market rates. My rental income has skyrocketed.
Last and in some ways, most important, Genevieve and her team are a great pleasure to work with. They are friendly, kind and attentive. Suffice it say, there are just not enough good things to say about these folks.
