        As agency has been changed from Surfside Reality to Gulf Reality, as a whole, it was a wonderful group of people. Very kind and helpful with questions, etc. Remained faithful to agency while moving to 3 different properties. However, upon changing from Surfside to Gulf Reality, along came the “annual rental specialist”. Found him to be discriminatory against women and offensive. Explains why many of the women previously within the agency had decided to seek other job opportunities. Properties were wonderful! Rent rates were fair. However, those looking for annual rental, women beware!!!!
