        Would rate 0 stars if I could. Ive been in twice in the last week and both employees couldnt bother to help me because they werent going to make a sale. Save yourself time and drive to another location or call 611.

        We just wanted a prepaid data card for our WiFi hot spot. At first it said it cost 80 dollars when I referred to the homepage and said yes. Then after thinking about it for 2 minutes he said "no, there's no such thing" and should go to another shop around the corner. We went there to be told that due to a T Mobile hot spot, this can only be purchased in a direct T Mobile store. I drove to the T Mobile store again. Now at 5:45 p.m. it was said, oh no, all the cash registers are closed, it's not possible. We called the T Mobile store in Venice and they said no problem coming over. Everything works great in Venice!!! Avoid Engelwoof T Mobile. Very unfriendly and don't want to work.

        Dont waste your time going to this store they cant really help you if you need your screen protector replaced ! Even though I pay 18$ a month to have them any time I break it . Said 2 weeks to order it . Oh yeah the price of the protector is 60$ the first time . Very disappointing
