I purchased a Belkin Router on Oct 13, 2012. I didn't work correctly. It was slow and kept stopping. After of 3 months of fighting with Comcast I tried another router and the improvement was immediate. I returned the router to the Radio Shack store. The clerk/mgr was very rude and obnoxious and he informed me that they did not take returns. I can't believe this. What store doesn't take returns? Since then I've been told by several people not to buy anything at Radio Shack. The prices are high and the products are not the best quality. I don't know how they stay in business. It's a little out of the way store that's hard to get in and out of. I will never go there again and I don't recommend it to anyone. I should have driven a couple of more miles down the road to Walmart. Now I'm out $40.

Went to the store on Black Friday although they did not have all the products on special they were extremely helpful. They answered all my questions and gave me guidance on purchasing a new tablet even though they did not sell them. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful unlike sales people at Best Buy and other Radio Shacks. I would strongly recommend going to this Radio Shack for help with your electronics. I think the fact they are a franchise locally owned and not a radio shack corporate owned store made all the difference.

The manager isn't very friendly. The cord I needed only costed $1.54 online WITH free shipping, and $14 in the store but I was going to buy it here since I prefer to support community based businesses. He doesn't seem to care about being part of the community at all, though. I'm not sure how this business has stayed as long as it has; it has a difficult location and doesn't make up for that at all through customer service, selection, or prices. I'll probably make most of my electronic accessory purchases needs as online or thrift store purchases from now on.
