I'm loving this company and their products, from the experience, to the prices, and their quality. I recently purchased a 12,000 BTU mini split with all the accessories, from the bracket to the line cover kit. The experience was fantastic, from the sales team, to the support. Kathy in sales was very helpful when making the recommendations based on the space, I was purchasing the unit for, and explained everything. On the other hand, we were installing the unit ourselves and we knew nothing about it, I contacted support and they were helpful with tips to make the installation process easier and we did not have any problems following their installation video, and all the recommendations Nelson gave us. The research, purchasing, and after sales process was very easy and I cant mention one thing that I was not happy about. I will definitely recommend this company and their products; they are both top of the line. I am very happy with my purchase!
