This is just another name for AC Wholesalers! I placed an order on December 29th 2021 for a ductless LG HVAC system, and the items have still not shipped. They are blaming shipping delays as the cause, however all the items are in-stock according to their website and their call center. Over 1 month to ship out "in-stock" items is not great service. They informed me today (33 days after placing my order) that the items haven't been pulled yet, however the last 2 customer service members stated it has been. No one here can give you a straight answer on when the order will ship and just tells you to "Wait". If I was in the market for anything HVAC related, I wouldn't look at AC Warehouse for anything!

Dishonest company, I would avoid. Followed their price match policy instructions exactly, they came back and said that they will not price match this online/local company and gave some obscure reason about this other company does not have a damage policy and shipping include, which i was able to provide both in the official quote.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IMHO.....keep cancelling orders after tying up my cc account with huge holds. Fraudsters likely selling items they do not have! Reporting to Consumer Protection Bureau. No answer from Cust Service.

Great prices. No support. Lies, lies followed by more lies about where warranty parts are (they were at the manufacturer's facility since it took them weeks to order them) Any warranty provided by the manufacturer has to go through the selling dealer so, I suspect, you will be waiting too. When the parts did show up they were smashed and useless since they were shipped sans packing material. To make matters worse the manufacturer of my air conditioners knew there was a minor "firmware bug" for which there was no fix. The fault had been fixed over a year before I purchased my units in a new hardware revision but these good people sold me the old stock that didn't work and couldn't be repaired. I had to sue the manufacturer to finally get working HVAC 18 months later. See also reviews for HVACStores which is their real name.

These guys are a joke. My mini split unit was shipped in a blank box, which lacked directions on which side should sit up. Similar to a refrigerator, there's a condenser that can be damaged if left sitting sideways. Due to the blank box, the item was shipped and stored sideways for over a week. My installation company would not install the product because of this. GoDuctless took zero responsibility for this fault and requested a 15% restocking fee to simply return the item and get a different one. Order your unit elsewhere even if it cost you a little more.
