    They have the most horrendous customer service and dishonest warranty dept. They give you a run around over and over with the intent that you will give up and buy a new one from one of their competitors. We are still will within our warranty period and they acknowledge that. But we have been with out Heat or Air since Sept 20, 2022. Today is June 8, 2023. We have paid out of pocket for 5 service calls with A.C. techs checking the unit and sending Innovair proof of the problem each time. And the reps just say, "Well, now you need someone to check this instead" and then we pay for another service call. We have a coolant leak in the coil of the inside unit. And they are now asking for ANOTHER video of the leak! We have been told by 3 different AC/Heat repair companies that this is common with Innovair and most customers eventually give up and buy a new one. This is both sad and scary. We own serval businesses and apartments in the area. We had installed Innovair units in 8 of our rentals last summer and have 2 more in stock ready to install and I promise you they are the last ones w will ever order from them. (Had another one with a leak in the coil last fall and since it was in a residence we had to replace it out of our pocket right away) The one they have been dragging out is in our main repair shop.

    I bought a mini split and I spent $1500 and I spent $900 in installation. The machine have problems since we bought it, I have to pay for the technician who came to fix it many times. Every time I called innovair support they send me to speak with different person every time. And they never fix my problem. All products have guarantee. You should return my money back or replace the unit. But you never resolve the problem. I spent a lot of money in that unit so now all my money is waste! You are the worst company. If I can review with 0 starts Ill do it. Because 1 start is too much for you. Stop selling trash!!!!! Stop scam people!

    Innovair Quantum Mini Split Heat PumpsModel: WIN12H2V51( I and O)I purchased 4 units. 3 units were installed about 2 weeks ago exactly as instructed in the user's manual which can be found online at : innovair.com/product/qua…When power was applied, none of the units were operational. The indoor units seemed to operate correctly but the outdoor compressors and fans would not operate.Contacted Innovair tech suport and they assured me how anxious they were to help until they became aware that I had installed the units myself and was not a certified HVAC technician. While I am not a certified HVAC technican, I am technically qualified and hold a degree in Electrical Engineering. Additionally, the installation is quite simple with only 3 power wires and 4 interconnecting wires to connect.Repeated calls to tech support pleading for help, I was told that the units were wired incorrectly but they refused to give me the correct wiring instructions because I was not a "Certified HVAC Technican".As it turns out, the Innovair Users Manual has incorrect wiring diagrams in the installation instructions which I determined by trial and error. Just a matter of reversing 2 wire connections on the inside unit which took less than 5 minutes. For anyone else doing their own install, keep the wire color code consistent when connecting the cable between the inside and outside units. Bottom line, the units have been operation for 2 days now and operating flawlessly and very pleased with the units. However, if you are a DIY type person, don't expect any help from Innovair Technical Support. I personally feel it inexcusable for them not to provide me with the correct wiring when it was explained that we were enduring 100+ degree temperatures with a handicapped person in the home.
