Today I arrived at 8:25 for my bloodwork appointment for my 8:40 appointment. There was only one receptionist available and she was busy typing something into the computer. She greeted me with Just a moment. Five minutes later she said I will be right with you. When she was finished she asked me to step up. I gave her my information and she gave me the total for my labs and said you can have a seat and they will call you.
I arrived in the waiting room at 8:44 and the first phlebotomist called me back at 8:48. She said Good morning, follow me and we will get you right out of here. We went back to the room and she asked me how I was. She was very nice and polite but did not have a name tag. Another nurse called her Sandy. After on attempt to get my vein she asked the other nurse also no name tag to see if she could find my vein. She was also very friendly and polite, but she also could not find a vein. She called Nicole who came and found my vein and drew my blood. I was done and out at 9:10. Very polite phlebotomists.

My wife had a 10:30 appointment for bloodwork. Every time she comes here they are alway late. I had a work appointment I had to reschedule for 11:30 because they were more than 30 minutes late. When my wife finally got in it was 11:35. Now I have to call the same clients again and they will probably give us a bad review because they can not manage their appointments here. I really like the doctors, staff, and pharmacy here but they have a problem getting to appointments on time.

Really Disappointed in this Clinic.
I Went to Halifax er on Tuesday for an abscess and was referred here for aftercare. The form that the hospital gives you has a number to call, when you call this number you are instructed to fill out a form on their website and someone would call to get you an appointments. This is for referred and new clients, they even have a statement that says if you schedule an appointment and the first step was not done it would be canceled.
Wednesday i submit the form and wait for someone to call, nothing.
Thursday I resubmit the form afraid that i had done something wrong. I also called and was told someone would be in contact with me. once again this is on the website
"Pre-registration must be entirely and accurately filled out. We highly recommend using your main cell phone number and the email you use for any government or insurance programs you may be a part of.
We will then verify your information and a member of our team will contact you to schedule an appointment. *Saving our number in your phone will help reduce our calls from going to voicemail or spam."
Friday I call again at 11:30 there are 6 people in front of my call and i elect for them to call back. they call back around 11:40 The woman asks me my name and date of birth and tells me i am not registered. She tells me she can go ahead and register me and get it scheduled. I ask for an appointment today as its a wound follow up to remove a drain and prevent further infection. The women tells me no they close at 12 and that would not happen, she could make me an appointment for next week. I ask to speak to a manager she repeats that she is sorry and can make me an appointment. When i ask again for a manager she tells me no one in managment and the doctors are gone as well. She then says let me talk to someone and see what i can do, ill place you on a brief hold.....HANGS UP. I call back and met with the same waiting que, this time when they call back i answer and they hang up. I call back and am met with our office is closed.
As some one who runs a medical facility, this was handled so poorly.
