Advanced Urgent Care

The website says this place closes at 6. It is 5:23. I get my daughter out of her car seat in the pouring rain. We walk inside. And the lady behind the counter asks me what her symptoms are because they are closed. I said your website says you close at 6. She said we take the last patient at 5:30. I look at the clock and tell her it is 5:25. She looks and says "We are done for the day. You can come back in the morning." Do they not realize people work? So I had to take my two year old back out in the rain and pout her in the car seat. Ready to back out and the woman behind the counter is already in her car and zooming away. Absolutely ridiculous. Just say you close at 5 if your receptionist and doctor want to leave at 5.

Felt like the nurse practitioner did not listen to me. Didn't seem to care how I was feeling just sent me for a referral

The staff is nice however it's a false expectation to say they close at 6 when they take the last patient no later than 530 and don't answer the phone after that either

I wish they would put the correct hours on their site and Google. Tried getting here at 5:40 and the place is closed. They told my husband they would be here until 7.
