Let me preface my review with, I will remove this once the issue has been resolved. The condominium association hired painters to paint the exterior of the buildings. My car was covered, front to back, with an incredible amount of overspray. I have a black car and the paint is tan. Very noticeable. Let me add, my car was parked in the assigned parking spot I had to pay $25 to park in. Therefore, I would assume my assets would be secure and safe. I made the property manager, Rachel, aware of the situation. She took pictures as well as told me the manager of the paint company would be in touch for resolution. I went back into my apartment only to come back out around 2 to pick up my children from school to see that my car was freshly washed by the painters. Glad I took pictures prior! Then they came to speak to me for the first time. No one asked me or received my consent to touch my car in any fashion. There was still paint on my car and I told the manager/owner that a detailer needed to be hired. Not painters with their paint rags washing and causing further damage to my car. Angel, the owner of the paint company, United Painting, hired his own detailer to come clean my car. The detailer took three attempts to finally show up at my job to do my car. When I walked out to see my car, my stomach dropped. This detailer clearly had no idea what he was doing! The entire clear cost and paint on my car is now compromised. He removed so many patches of clear coat, even some areas down to the metal of the car! Let alone scratched and burned paint in other areas. As of right now, 9/3, nothing has been resolved and no one wants to take responsibility for the damages done to my car. I was told to give everyone time and it would be resolved but here we are over a month later with zero resolution. I have to abide by several pages of rules, yet they hire a company who is rated F with the BBB and isnt even an accredited company.

I love it here! Management is on top of things I just saw negative comments and reviews from people who dont control their children or try to break the rules a lot. I am absolutely thrilled to live here. Management is absolutely fantastic and the rules they have are not to be difficult. It is to keep the environment safe for everyone including children. Of course children shouldnt jump in the pool and risk injury to themselves or others. Its the only thing someone has to complain about. Is the rules being enforced. Maybe they should live somewhere where there are no rules.

As a single-mother of a young child, this community was our safe-haven and happy place for the three years we were lucky enough to live here! I saw some poor reviews about living here with children not being welcome which compelled me to write this review. I felt extremely welcome and looked out for. The neighbors cared for me and my daughter and there is 24/hour security. We felt extremely safe. If your children are being loud and disruptive, I am sure that management (just like any community would) would ask that you ensure your kids are behaving. It is still a shared community, not a single-family residence where you can be as loud as you want to at all times. I recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe and serene place to live. We absolutely loved living at Edgewater and will always cherish our time there.
