If I could give this place zero stars I would. They're are constantly looking for any reason to tow your car or any friends & family members that may park on the property over night. The staff is very rude and nasty. All the old people that live in this community are constantly complaining, there is no privacy. No reception in this area even with WiFi. Overall this is a horrible place to reside.

Property manager is very rude ! Always found something wrong. Besides that people who lived there were extremely nice and nice place to stay at !

Im compelled to leave a review regarding one of the most unprofessional interactions I have ever experienced. Upon knocking on the office door, the very first words that came out of Joyce Diekmans mouth was who is knocking on the door like that. The lack of communication skills, remorse or empathy, and basic professionalism is astounding. I was met immediately with aggression and hostile behavior, over requesting something as simple as a visitors parking tag. I explained multiple times that my mother, who rents a unit on this property, was hospitalized and undergoing emergency surgery, and therefore is unable to contact them herself. This woman stood right in front of me, explained that she is the manager and in charge of soliciting those passes, yet refused to assist me, under the guise of, and I quote, I dont have to deal with you, I deal with the owners directly, as she proceeded to argue and raise her voice in an effort to intimidate me. Her concern was not that one of her residents was undergoing emergency surgery, but rather how hard I knocked on the door. I will be taking this matter up with the Board of Directors and showing my recording as evidence of how these employees regard tenants/ visitors.
