Exceptional Title Insurance

I have refrained from leaving a review of my terrible closing experience with Erica Peralta. During the closing, Erica was cold, in a hurry and made you feel like you were waisting her time. Zero customer service, interpersonal skills. In addition, I recently emailed Erica for a copy of my survey that I was suppose to receive and have yet to get a response from her. I recommend using another title company where you will be valued.

All went well with the home I sold until 5 days after closing I got a call that there was a 'glitch' in the system and I need to send this Title company an immediate $2835. Pretty expensive 'glitch' and from I was able to learn it was for an expense usually paid by the buyer, not the seller. I would never recommend this company as a result. I feel I paid for their mistake and it is not a good feeling! An arrogance from the company was also noted and not appreciated.

I used EXCEPTIONAL TITLE for the sale of my house and I couldn't be happier with their services.
