I'm 65 yr old male. I don't own a car. Yet in the near future I plan on purchasing a used car.
I called to inquire as to which brands, models, and years would be the least expensive to get covered for.
The response from the heavily accented female was this. "Give me a Vin number".
She stated that she understood my question.
Although I believe that to be untrue.
Going way,way out on a limb here. This agency probably has a list of the vehicles that are the most cost effective to insure. If not they could compile a list.
I was hoping to hear one of two things.
Yes Sir we have a list of vehicles. Would like for us to email the list to you? Secondly would have been. Yes Sir,we have a list of vehicles. What type? Coupe,sedan, station wagon or truck. Any particular brand preference Sir?
Do you have something to write with? I'll wait till you're ready.
I am probably out of mind thinking that good service still exists.
Insurance agencies make great money. There is no lack of agencies in the insurance industry. Because they make money! It certainly isn't because they believe they are providing good service.
My guess is my experience with other agencies will be similar. My thought was this agency has been in business a long time. Surely they would have the info requested on hand and easily accessible.

Once they changed to nav safe everything went bad. No call backs. No information. Incorrect informations. No one responds to emails either. Dont waste your time here.

Sorry I made a mistake and picked them. No call backs unless you write a bad review to get their attention. Wont help getting coverage renewed. Might as well get my license and act as my own agent. Kimy Marc = bad agent. Imoan Whyte = bad office manager. Lousy customer service.
