This is company is a scam. Their product is sold as "Premium Warranty Coverage" offered by furniture companies. Buyer beeare.

Two years ago I bought a sofa bed. Ashley's salesperson recommended the protection plan to me. I had never bought anything like this. Nor did I know how it worked. I decided to add it to the purchase. I recently had a piece of wood break inside the furniture. I called the number on the brochure expecting nothing. A very friendly agent assisted me in Spanish and I was able to file a claim. My sofa bed was already repaired. I'm very happy.

We bought a living room set from Ashley furniture along with the Diamond Care furniture protection plan. Our recliner stopped working so we called Diamond care and they sent a young gentleman out and he fixed it on the spot. He had the part in his truck. Fantastic Service and easy to deal with.
