Tide Dry Cleaner had lost buttons off of a crpe blazer. Had to rep purchase non matching ones and they sold them on for free. Presently, they have rocked a pair of black jeans and only wanted to replace half the cost of the replacement purchased price. Tide Dry Cleaner is not worth the price that they charge. Nor do they stand behind their service. I advise to go somewhere else.

9pm on 3.26: Attempted to pickup my 14 items from the 24/7 kiosk(which I was already setup for). 4 was added to the kiosk, behind the glass partition, but was never available to grab. The kiosk then stopped working, stating its unavailable, so the 4 shirts and remaining items remain inside. Their app now says Ive picked up my items! Im not sure if the door will open for someone else, but the phone number for the store has no voicemail, and no support for their 24/7 product. Hopefully I get my clothes!
Update: was able to call and speak with someone the next day, nobody thought to call me back or respond to my email. My clothes were still there and they offered a credit.

This place is not worth the prices they charge, which is outrageous. I brought one pair of pant to be hemmed for $25. They came apart, twice!! On the 3rd time they came apart, I was done. I went somewhere else which was recommended and they hemmed 2 pants for the price of one! Very dissapointing and I will not be returning to Tide Delray.
