Absolutely, the worst business I have ever been to. I commonly walk in to find no one at the front desk and hear them laughing or talking in the back. I'll ring the bell and nothing after 5 minutes I just leave. This is not just a once in a blue moon issue, it's every single time I go in there. I've been there at-least 5 times and only 1-2 had anyone even up front or helped me. When they are helping customers it's slow, with no sense of urgency and long lines. When that happens I just have to walk out as well.... What kind of business is open but doesn't have anyone working at the front of it to accept customers? There is zero professionalism or customer service. Horrible 1 star - do not do business with this company.

Bad service, missed two expensive shirts and the owner Gerard try to covered it by giving me two totally different shirts from someone else. Being to the business 3 times and have been unable to recover my shirts or able to speak to the owner, called multiple times and the phone business is out of business. The owner promises to recover my shirts or reimbursed me for losing my clothes and after 10 days I got neither! Please do not use this business! Thank you Flix G
