        I went to the bank to close out a bank account with about $11 in it . There were 2 $10 fees and asked the teller if he would remove the charges and he told me the were system generated and he could do it. He closed my account. I called customer service and they told me they couldnt do it so I went in the bank and was unavailable to contact him . I will try again

        Terrible service, they are located in a Hispanic area and there are no officials who speak Spanish..
