        Worst bank ever . More like a Cash Money Mart . Zero Customer Service , personnel with the right knowledge , zero ability to solve their own problems., Truist will take your money and tie it up their bogus policies . Basically , they are so small with not enough money behind them they run the place like an institution or jail for your money . Got my money out and went to TD Bank. Night and day experience . Truist Bank youre the worst . If youre a Canadian be prepared for the most frustrating experience of your life .!!!

        They told me my payment would be APPROXIMATELY 526.00 a month for my HELOC. I'm using it for debt relief. My ACTUAL payment is 1290.00 which is MORE then paying my original bills separately. Way more!! Thanks Ashanti!! I'm going to try another bank for a mortgage and pay these people off. I can only imagine, WHAT PENALTY COSTS WOULD BE. STAY AWAY!!! Now they have put me into possible bankruptcy.

        Husband and wife went to get a simple document notarized. Branch leader refused service because only the wife's name was on the account at the bank. This may be the rule at the new bank, but it is lousy customer service. We never had this problem at Sun Trust.
