Brett Friedenburg NOT A GOOD AGENT. Let my policy lapse in January said he sent one letter in December. So informative! Snail mai. the policy was on auto pay..no clue how this happened. My license is suspended because of his lack of ability to do his job. However when I bought the policy he could Magically email and text me. No other notice was sent by my agent. Only the dmv telling me my license was going to be suspended. No idea why it was cancelled as I was on auto pay. As my agent I would expect better communication. Then when we called to ask whats up he was like the most UN helpful human on earth! LOL I expected oh wow let me help you with that.basically he was like yup thats what happened. Farm bureau is amazing Brett is absolute garbage. ASK FOR A DIFFERENT AGENT. Its also costs $160 to have your license re instated and no one yet can tell me how this occurred.
