V.W. Gould Agency, Inc‎.

I have had homeowners insurance with Stephen Gould for two years, 2022-2023. This year I talked to him, he said policy was on his desk and would send it out, he said there was plenty of time to renew. I have called three times or more, receptionist always very friendly, and would pass the information to Stephen. I have never received any return call or policy from Gould Agency. After two months I gave up on this agency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency to anyone. 0 stars.

Any small business owner can tell you the intimidating and stressful it is when you need any sort of commercial insurance. Jeff is patient, polite, and knowledgeable. He worked with us as we went back and forth, attempting to get our bus financed. Finally, the big day came to get our bus, and he was able to bond everything we had already been working on and process it in minutes. What a relief to know Jeff will be there to help us.
