WOW, what a joke. I called to see about getting an insurance quote. I called and said Hi, I would like to get a quote for automobile insurance please. Response: "We're not shopping for new customers". Me: uh, ok, You're not the one shopping, I am. You mean you are not accepting new customers. Them: Yes we are not. Me: Wow, ok. Thanks. Must be amazing to be making so much money that you are not interested in any new clientele.

I would give this insurance agency a rating of lower than a curb, submerged under garbage, if possible!  This company who provided me UPC home owners insurance, which took in October, 2022, a price gouged cost of nearly $4,000.00 in premiums, and Cowart's got their commission too!  Neither of them, never informed me of their intentions to pull out of Florida, as early of August, 2022, due to the numerous claims, then to declare bankruptcy!  So, I lose nearly $4,000.00, then had to pay again for new home owners insurance policy!  So, insurance companies enjoy taking your money, yet when it's time to pay out or refund, as stated in the contracts, the insurance companies will pick up their ball and RUN home, because they lost.  But, it's the Cowart Insurance Agency, who knew of this, and did nothing, except to take their commissions and spend their spoils of 'I've got mine and yours too, 'so, just bad for you!'  The part of all of this is that both UPC and Cowart Insurance Company has no shame and no conscience about ripping human beings off.  HOW DO THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT?  Remember, you can't spend your money in hell, because it's very hot and everything burns down there.This review for Cowart Insurance Agency and staff, who ARE HORRIBLE and SOULLESS THINGS  MONSTERS OF GREED! review is for

Highly recommend Cowart! They're all around helpful in every way and everyone I've ever worked with is always so kind. I first reached out to them over 7 years ago as an overwhelmed new home owner (lol) and they were super helpful and nice. Over the years they've continued to be just as helpful when needing any assistance with my home and auto insurance. I'd recommend - and do - them to friends and family.

I have been a client of Cowart agency for several years and can happily say that they are responsive, helpful, patient, and alwats professional. I regularly juggled cars and motorcycles and they always made sure I was covered in the most economical and effective way. I would list them as "highly recommended"
