I needed impact windows and saw that my neighbors were getting theirs done by this company. They looked great and neighbors were happy with the process. Could not be happier with our choice of Professional Window and Door to install our new impact windows. Great experience from start to finish. Emily was extremely communicative throughout the process. Installers Gabriel and Aaron were true professionals and did a fantastic job. Mike, one of the owners, came out to check on the job and he could not have been nicer. We felt like they truly cared about making sure we felt comfortable as this is a big job and can be an intimidating process. When we needed some warranty work done by the manufacturer, Mr. Glass, they stayed on top of all communications to make sure everything got done to our satisfaction.
