Dear Mr. CathcartI am sorry that you had a negative experience with our center.I just want to clarify what happened. It is my understanding that the vast majority of the order was correct. The one sign that was the wrong size was specifically requested by you to be 14’’x17’’. We cannot be held responsible that it was bigger than you thought AFTER you approved both the size and design. We do not produce any signs without the customers’ approval.As for us bringing a standard sign we had laying around, that is blatantly false. Everything we make is custom. We carry no standard inventory of anything. Charging you for the work we produced, is rather customary I believe.Also, you were rather rude and disrespectful on the phone. You told the owner ” this is how it is going to happen” and you decided to not pay the full balance of the invoice.When we make a mistake, we own up to it and fix it with no questions asked.
